3D Measuring

One of Meopta core competencies is high precision mechanical parts manufacturing. To verify the in-process quality we are using high accuracy measuring equipment. One of our latest investment was in to the newest Zeiss Contura G2 with range 1000x1600x600mm, Maximum Permissible Error (MPEE) = (μm) for L in mm.

All our coordinate measuring devices and other high accuracy measuring equipment (e.g. linear measuring center SIP 305M with a high degree of accuracy of 0.0004 mm) is located directly in the manufacturing areas so we can use it in the right time and guarantee the precision and quality to our customers.
