Spectral Laboratory

The team of highly qualified engineers in our Spectral laboratory is performing precise measurement of spectral parameters such as reflection, transmission, and optical density in all spectral range of UV, VIS and NIR.

Laser measuring

  • Measuring of spectral parameters
    on one wave length
  • Measuring device contains rotary table
and detector connected to power meter
(laser beam angle of incidence 0º-80º)
  • Other components such as polarizer
or phase plate can be added
  • Laser devices work:
    • UV: 266 nm
    • VIS: 469 nm, 532 nm, 633nm, 659 nm
    • NIR: 820 nm

Spectral measuring

We use PerkinElmer Lambda 900 and 950 measuring devices for reflection, transmission, and optical density measuring.

  • Basic configuration - 175-3300 nm
  • UV – measuring in the range of 180-250 nm
  • Reflection measuring of front reflecting planes in the range of 190-3300 nm for the angles 8º-68º (with the URA device)
  • Transmission and reflection measuring in the range of 210-2500 nm for the angles 0º-80º
    (with the optical bench)
